Here's What You'll Need:
- 1/4 Cup Oat Meal
- 1 Tablespoon Coffee Grounds
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Cucumber
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Over Ripe Banana
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
Here's What to Do:
- Prepare the 1/4 cup dry oats by adding 1/2 cup water and microwave for 1 minute
- Combine coffee grounds, fresh mint, cucumber, avocado, banana, olive oil, egg, flour, and honey in a blender and blend until creamy. Add cooked oatmeal and blend again.
